One of Kate's Topshop designs has been crowned Dress of the Year by Grazia's Paula Reed on behalf of the Bath Fashion Museum!

With previous winners including John Galliano, Giorgio Armani, Prada, Alexander McQueen and Giles, this is a real triumph for Kate's £60 1940s inspired number!

As Paula Reed says, 'great style is not about a bottomless designer budget: a high street dress can own its style credentials as convincingly as couture.'

Highlighting the best trend or outfit since 1963, make sure you get down to Bath before September to check out a selection of the winning dresses. With the world's biggest collection of historic fashion clothing, there's plenty to feast your eyes on.
