1.By entering the competition "Win Kate’s Party Outfit" you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.This Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the United States of America aged 16 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group and Bhs Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Competition. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter Competition. By entering into the Competition you confirm that you have this consent. No purchase is necessary. These terms and conditions apply to entrants who are resident in the UK. Separate terms and conditions apply to US entrants.

3.To enter you must post a comment on Topshop’s Inside-Out blog hosted at insideout.topshop.com, telling us what your favourite piece is from any of Kate Moss’ collections at Topshop and why. Competition opens at 9am GMT on 26 October 2010 and closes at 12pm GMT on 1st November 2010. Only one entry per person.  Late entries or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions will be disqualified and will not be accepted. Topshop does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties.

4.The winning entry will be that which, in the sole opinion of an independent judge is the best entry. The decision of the independent judge and Topshop shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants.  No correspondence will be entered into.  

5.There is one prize consisting of a garment that is identical to that exclusively designed for and worn by Kate Moss to the launch event party at our Oxford Circus store on 1st November 2010. Two identical copies of the piece have been produced, one for Kate Moss and one for the winner. Both pieces are identical, including the size, and have been produced and tailored to the measurements of Kate Moss.

6.The winner will chosen by an independent judge by 6pm GMT on 2 November 2010. The Winner will be notified by email by no later than 6pm GMT on 2 November 2010.

7.If the Prize is not claimed within 7 days of the winner being notified, Topshop reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.

8.Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable.  There is no cash alternative.  

9.By entering the Competition you agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Topshop may require.

All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period or they will not be counted.  

4.Entries are limited to one per person.  Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not submitted or not received due to a technical default. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.  In the event of a dispute in connection with the identity of the individual who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

5.The winning entrant will be chosen from all UK and US entries submitted by the end of the Contest Period and will be that which in the sole opinion of an independent judge is the best entry. The winner will be chosen by an independent judge by 6pm GMT on 2 November 2010. The Winner will be notified by email by no later than 6pm GMT on 2 November 2010.

6.There is one prize (the "Prize") consisting of a garment that is identical to that exclusively designed for and worn by Kate Moss to the event party for the launch of her new range at Topshop’s Oxford Circus store on 1 November 2010. Two copies of the piece have been produced, one for Kate Moss and one for the winner. Both pieces are identical, including the size, and have been produced and tailored to the measurements of Kate Moss. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $500 (disregarding any added value for the exclusivity of the design). Odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received from the US and UK.  Topshop will pay for the cost of delivering the Prize to the Winner however the Winner will be responsible for all other expenses not specified in the Prize description above.  

7.The Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable.  There is no cash alternative. Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  

8.Failure of the winner to claim his or her Prize within 7 days by return email or failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the Prize, and the award of the Prize to a substitute drawing winner to be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries at the end of the Contest Period.  

9.Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) with an equivalent one of its choosing which has the same or greater value than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control. 

10.If you are the winner of this Prize:a.The receipt by you of the Prize is conditional upon you complying with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, these Official Rules; b.You acknowledge and agree that neither Sponsor, nor any of its affiliated companies and promotional and advertising agencies, nor any of their respective employees, agents or subcontractors shall have any liability to you whatsoever in connection with your taking or use of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law; and c.You acknowledge and agree that Sponsor makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Prize, and that Sponsor expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
