We’re excited, seriously excited! Katie Shillingford – the super stylish Fashion Editor behind Dazed&Confused magazine – has taken over our Edited space. Renowned for her eclectic and experimental approach to fashion, as well as her work with the most innovative photographers and designers of our time, it’s no wonder we’ve been counting down the days until Katie’s takeover. Choosing a seriously diverse range of our latest pieces and mixing them up in her very own way, this is your chance to have your AW11 wardrobe styled up by a true industry maverick.

Catch Up With Katie…
My style signature is… I am always changing my hair colour, the fact that absolutely nothing matches but it sort of works…. In my eyes! I like things that are unexpected and a bit wrong, but they're still beautiful.
At the moment, I have my eye on… Haider Ackerman. I think his clothes are beautiful and I'd like to wear them!
This autumn, I’ll be wearing… Coloured fur… It might have to be fake though!
My favourite AW11 Topshop collection is… Glam Underground – I always like a hint of the 70s!
If you’re going to buy a few key pieces for autumn, invest in… A good bag – I am feeling a satchel this AW11.
For a piece to be chosen as part of my EDIT, it has to be… Classic, but fun with a nod to this season's trends!
EDITED is where… I often find the things I would choose, but without having to look through the whole store!
My biggest influence right now is… Probably what I'm shooting right now. My head is full of ideas I have for all the editorial shoots I have to cram in this summer.
If I could go back to any era, I’d love to live in the… That's a very, very hard question to answer! I'm slightly late in catching on but I'm obsessed with Mad Men at the moment so I love the 50s or 60s. But I'm also a big fan of the 20 and 30s – plus the 70s, 80s and 90s! It’s too hard- I can't pick just one!
Growing up I wanted to be… A supermodel. I was obsessed with Top Model magazine and I just wished I could be like Linda, Christy, Kate etc.
My earliest fashion memory is… That depends if you mean the first moment I really thought about my clothes, or my first encounter with high fashion? The first outfit which I adored was my multi coloured fruit print Osh Gosh dungarees. My first high fashion memory was probably in my early teens when I found Top Model magazine and studied all the catwalk pictures and backstage shots of the supermodels in Mugler and Versace. I just wanted that life.
My all time favourite designers are… My friend Gareth Pugh, Alexander McQueen, Junya Watanabe, anad Gianni Versace.
My day-to-day life consists of… Travelling, carrying suitcases, being sat behind a computer screen, and then when all of the organization comes together and I've arrived at a shoot or a show, I get to put together some looks!
The best feeling in the world is… The adrenalin of working on a catwalk show – it's terrifying but thrilling!
