As much as we’d love to have green fingers, unfortunately us girls at Topshop have struggled to keep even the office fern alive. That was all forgotten though when we saw these adorable upside-down Boskke plant pots designed in collaboration with Jaguar Shoes collective and illustrated by one of their members, Arran Gregory.

Arran is known for his gorgeous illustrations of the natural world and has teamed up with garden design company Boskke to create these quirky Skyplanter pots. Their aim is to beautify the urban environment by encouraging more people to grow their own.

These distinctive ‘Little Bird’ illustrations are taken from the artwork Arran produced for the online zine OhDearism and were created as part of a project with the Jaguar Shoes Collective, which is a group of artists, fashion designers and creatives based in East London. To celebrate the release of the pots, Jaguar Shoes have created a living art installation in their Shoreditch-based café.

The plant pots are available to buy at Boskke. We’re really excited to get started on our first upside-down urban garden. We just hope that it will last longer than the poor fern! You can get yours here!
