Muse to artists, writers and fashion designers the world over (think Louboutin, Jean-Paul Gaultier and London’s very own Mark Fast), Paris’ infamous glamour dome for all things seductive and burlesque, ‘Crazy Horse’ has now brought its scantily-clad coquettish girls to the city’s Southbank in a new show called, ‘Forever Crazy’.
Expect to see hich kicks, air kisses, champagne flutes galore, and let’s be honest, little by way of costume as porcelain girls with raven hair à la Dita Von Teese step up to the cabaret stage to seduce and shimmy to their (and your) heart’s content.
Celebrating over 60 years of business since it’s opening in Paris in 1951, Crazy Horse’s Managing Director Andrée Deissenberg is beyond excited to be bringing the legendary cabaret act to the UK, “I can’t wait to present it to English audiences, just a few miles down the road from Buckingham Palace.”
How perfect then that the opening number, rather aptly entitled, “God Save our Bareskin” features Royal House Guards with a twist… Intriguing non? We think so!
Forever Crazy is running now until 24 December 2012 (yes the thought of Christmas Eve has us excited too!) so make sure you book your tickets quick before they sell out!
