NEW RELEASES FOR 2010

We've been having a little think about last year and the songs that made it what it was. Whether we were chilling out in the park to a bit of Laura Marling, dancing like crazy to the sounds of Florence or getting all hot and bothered at Friendly Fires, our speakers were never silent! After much careful consideration we've compiled the albums we'll be buying in 2010.

Yes, they were around but they didn't all have albums out. Love Young New Ponyclub. Cant wait for theirs.

I agree with Lucy, all of these bands are good but they're not what I'd call the 'sounds of 2010'.

Looking forward to new Laura Marling - however I would append lightspeed champion and good shoes to that list!
( the Strokes have been around since at least 2001, but sorry to pedantic) x
