LAUGH A MINUTE
June 25, 2010
We were expecting a barrel of laughs on our way to the Tate Britain's new exhibition, and Rude Britannia didn't disappoint. While looking at British comic art from the 1600s to the present day - including satirical drawings by Hogarth, extracts from the Beano and a life-sized Spitting Image Margaret Thatcher - we gasped, blushed and giggled.
Everything goes off the silly scale in a room curated by Harry Hill where the absurd is embraced by a group of human-sized vegetables beating up an enemy gang of fast food. But being followers of fashion, our favourite room included cartoons poking fun at women with extravagant style. Obviously we thought they were trendsetters!

I like vintagebridalapparel.com ! Very creative.......not to mention I love the color blue! It always amazes me how people criticize people about something someone else did....when the person making the statement can't do it themselves!
